Robert Pho's story doesn't start in an art school. Born in Cambodia during wartime, raised in the San Gabriel Valley, he learned to tattoo the hard way — and turned that skill into a second life.
Three decades later, his clients are serious collectors — people who fly across the country for a sleeve, then come back until it becomes a bodysuit. His work has taken first place at the industry's biggest expos, and his standard shapes every artist in the Skin Design organization.
He doesn't take every project. He takes the right ones.
"This art saved my life. It's an honor to be trusted with someone's skin."
